[She'd been checking the mailbox, waiting to see if she got anything back from the town. When finally! It arrives!

It's opened quickly, maybe it was more comic books, or some other cool--her hand touches fabric, and for a moment she's puzzled. She'd gotten her favorite outfit back already, she had her scarf and blazer, what more would they send?

[Grumbling, BUT STILL TRYING TO SHOVE IT INTO THE MAILBOX.

It'll succeed eventually, really it will.]

Well, it doesn't hurt to try. I don't want the stupid thing. They should just give me a re-fund, or something better.

It could, actually-- the box could knock y'back and y'could hit your head, or y'could get a paper cut, or somethin'...

[He moves closer, looking around her curiously.]

... What'd y'get back that's so awful?

Well I didn't mean it literally. [Humph.

And then an awkward pause.]

Oh. Well, you know. A dress.

... A dress? It must be well ugly, if you're tryin' so hard to get rid of it...

It's dreadful. The worst dress ever!

Fine, I don't care. [Kicks the box to him, inside is an old dress,but it's not ugly at all.]

... It's well, well retro, but it's not that ugly.

Well, you know, it's not really my style anymore.

... If y'don't want it, can I have it?

Why would you want it?

Well I don't but that doesn't mean it needs to be altered. There's...I mean it's an antique and...you can't just find these things lying in the middle of the street!
