Character Personality: As the personification of Germany, Ludwig is a prime example of a stiff, serious and rigid soldier. He follows rules when rules are laid down, believes in Reading the Manual, and also believes that the quickest way to world progress is a world under one rule, his or otherwise. Ludwig is a perfectionist, a neat freak, and is obsessed with doing things the one, right way. He is also pessimistic and seems to have a lot of problems on his shoulders. The man tries to stay stoic, but his stoicism has degrees of do not want and do want to it if you know how to look.
Despite appearances, however, Ludwig is the one always protecting and taking care of Feliciano/Italy and thinks of him as his friend. Feliciano really stresses him out at times, but try as he might to whip him into shape, nothing seems to work. Eventually, he’s resigned himself to just protecting him all the time even if he doesn’t quite realize this yet.
He has odd hobbies, including making sweets and walking his dogs. He loves wurst and beer. Secretly, he also likes weird porn.
Character Abilities: Ludwig is very good at military strategies, conquering countries, dogs, and cleaning things up. He is also well-versed in all manner of Western training activities for soldiers and the handling of most Western military weapons. He is hard working, extremely resilient and can tolerate hardship very well. If there is a goal, he will work towards it no matter what.
Character Weaknesses: He has a rather narrow worldview and some of his biases from before still remain. Beyond that, he is extremely rigid and unbending in terms of personality, and he’s somewhat of a social retard. If he doesn’t have a manual to follow when it comes to unfamiliar things, he’ll fall apart.
Feliciano gives him a lot of stress, but despite this, he cannot seem to abandon his only friend.
[ WEAPON SECTION ]
Why your character should be a Weapon: He was one of great military strength back in the day, and Ludwig still somewhat thinks of himself as a weapon built to cut down enemies in his path. He follows his boss’ orders, and if the order is to destroy other countries, then so be it. Ludwig is stiff, inflexible, and unbudgeable.
Anyway, Feliciano would make a horrible weapon.
What is your character's Weapon form?: The Gewehr Karabiner 98k. It’s a 5-shot, bolt-action shoulder rifle used first in World War I and was modified for use in World War II for the infantry. It comes with a bayonet permanently attached to the front and has a bullet range of 500 to 800 meters.
Ludwig as a Karabiner 98k does not need bullets as he generates his own from his energy. His bullets also tend to explode on impact, providing maximum damage. With a competent meister, the range of his shots can be extended a lot further.
The rifle part of his weapon does not manifest in his human form -- it is only the bayonet that comes out of his arm like a particularly deadly tonfa.
If he ever gets a special, beefed up version through soul resonance, his special form will be the Panzerschreck, an anti-tank canon. It is basically with the same functions, only it has a much slower shooting speed, worse recoil, and far more destructive capability.

Soul Appearance: His soul is of a strange shade of teal, and his soul is of a perfect sphere shape. The Bundesadler Bundesorgane is tattooed on his soul’s cheek. The color of his soul is so solid that it seems opaque and impenetrable. Ludwig’s soul does not sparkle or shine, but it has a soft glow.
