DOWN WITH SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY

I went last night to Sally Beauty Supply and bought a brush, a comb and a tease comb. I before that though went to Target and bought $10.00 of 30 CD-R CD's. I then went straight to Sally's after Target and then straight home. Well when I got home I didn't have my CD's with me. I called Arielle and she said that I must have left them in Sally's because where else would I leave them at??? I didn't go anywhere. I called all night and of course they were closed. I got up at 7 am after some sweet loving from my baby and then began immediately calling all over again. I was so angry. I finally got ahold of someone at 8:35 and she was so damn snotty to me telling me that she couldn't find anything, so she told me to call back at 7:30 pm.......okay it's 8:45 in the damn morning and that store has my CD's. She keeps telling me to call back and back and back. I keep getting madder and madder and so I find out that they open at 10am and so Damn right I go down there and she doesn't even say hi or welcome to the store......she calls the two girls that were working last night and they both called and said that they didn't steal them. Such Bullshit! I know that I left them there because I didn't go anywhere and thier not in my car. SO.....they have to be there right. The "store manager" supposedly told me that maybe one of the customers took them, I yelled back "no, maybe your employees took them and thier lying to you." She said that I was making accusations. Well damn straight, I am not going to belive someone who is probably 18 tell me that they didn't take them, I was 18 at one time.

So, down with Sally's I returned the stuff I bought and I will never shop there again. Such horrible customer service.....if you know me I hate bad customer service. It's just rude and not nice.
