D.C. sleeps alone tonight...
so the break is over :(
That is so depressing. Half of my sophmore has gone.. I can't believe that in one semester, Highschool will be halfway over. Ah I want to cry!
But ah, I saw two amazing movies: Closer and Garden State. I went to go see Closer with Sarah :).. we finally got to see it! It was a very dark movie. The more I thought about the plot and everything that happened in the movie, I realized how much I liked it. It's a bit explicit, but I guess they did that to give it more shock value. JUDE LAW IS AMAZING... Oh my gosh. I love his accent, and gosh he's so hott lol. I love "The Blower's Daughter" by Damien Rice. It's the song for the movie. I could listen to it on repeat forever. Anyway, I rented Garden State and watched it alone up in my room with a coke and bag of popcorn. Ah, I love veggin'. It's an independent film, so it's a little more out of the box than other movies, but this is one reason why i liked it so much. It's so stark... and sparse. The soundtrack is really good too. I burned like 4 cd's last night. The Garden State Soundtrack, The Postal Service cd (I keep seeing their lyrics everywhere...), Death Cab for Cutie cd, and the Brand New cd. Ah, all cd's are awesome. Burn em all! lol
SCHOOL IS TOMORROW. Ah where did the winter break go? Ah, One more semester... and SUMMER will be here. The only schedule change I have is Health to speech. I hope I'm in catherine and daniel's class... cuz if not, I probably won't know anyone in my new one :(. I am going to die tomorrow. I woke up at 9:30 today and I thought I was about to pass out. Speaking of today, I woke up early and went out to breakfast with margi and amanda. Then we went to the range and hit some balls. It was not pretty. Which means I will be spending extra hours with my dad trying to fix my shitty swing :(. Anyway, afterwards we went over to margis and she burned me the marooon 5 cd (scoore!) Then we went over to amandas house and chilled. I was starving since I didn't eat at I hop, so we went to mcdonalds (bad idea)... while I was eating I could just hear sarah talking about mcdonalds and the movie super size me and how many additives and preservatives are in the french fries so I couldn't really enjoy my food lol. I was thorougly disgusted with myself for eating that awful food.. I mean its good.. but it's so bad for you. So as soon as I got home I went and ran and worked out... and will do so for the next few days. Blah I think I am going to add: no more fast food (unless it's a salad) to my new years resolution.. I don't know if I'll last but I need to.
Anywho, GUESS WHO'S GOING TO CALIFORNIA FOR SPRING BREAK?! UM NANCY IS. Isn't that freaking awesome? I've been to california so many times... But gosh.. can't get enough of it :) Reminds me of the O.C Song! Ah! I'm so excited. Everyone have an awesome night! And I'll see yall bright and early. By the way, we go to map first :)
