She Doesn't Have a Leg to Stand On!
Paul McCartney’s ex-wife Heather Mills has vowed to “vehemently” fight allegations she failed to pay her hairstylist $80,000.
David Paul claims he was first hired by Mills in 2005 to keep her locks in top condition and she continued to use his expertise following her split from the Beatles legend in 2007.
Paul alleges she did not settle the $5,000-a-day cost for his services and filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court to demand compensation and punitive damages.
But Mills has hit back at her former pal, declaring: “There is no truth in these claims.”
In a statement, she adds, “I intend to fight the allegations most vehemently. I am tired, as are my family and friends, of people saying, and writing, lies about me.
“If I do not fight this, there will be never ending court cases from people such as this, seemingly seeing me as an easy target. I am not.”
