I found this photo on someone's tumblr (sadly don't recall which one anymore, I just loaded it down and later I couldn't find the tumblr anymore) but have no idea when the ladies posed for that one:

I'm wondering if this had something to do with the Romanian Orphans appeal, which all Beatle wives joined together for, to promote the charity. I think Olivia had the original idea, and she and George for a time even considered adopting a Romanian orphan, I'm not sure why that didn't come to fruition.
