06/03/2008 - Toilet Memoirs of a Student Nurse
Nearing the end of my unit four placement now. I've enjoyed it very much and I'll miss a lot of the people there but I still have a lot to see and do.
Interesting story from today: I was out making home visits with a social worker I work with. After one particular visit I really needed the toilet but we had to drive into town to sort something out at the Magistrates court. We got there but the only way I could use their toilet was if I went through their security system which is all one big hassle, so I said I'd wait a bit longer. When we got outside my colleague suggested using the public toilets down the road from the court. Since I was busting I agreed. Big mistake. As I approached the little building where the toilets were there was an old man loitering outside. I didn't think anything of it until I got inside and approached the urinal. I was standing. Waiting, as you do. And to occupy my time I started reading the lovely graffiti messages people had written all over the wall in front of me. "For hard dick ring 07-whatever" and "New cock in town seeks hard ass for fun ring 077-somenumber" are a couple of examples of what was written on the wall. It was at this point I realised just what kind of toilet this was. A meeting spot for homosexuals to meet fro NSA sex. It was at this point also when the gentleman I had passed outside came into the toilet and stood right fucking next to me. He got his cock out and just stood there. A minute passed and neither of us had pissed. I had stage fright by this point so nothing was going to happen. I zipped up and got the fuck out of there. Very embarrassing.
In other news: I e-mailed tech support with a detailed description of my problem with PlanetSide including my dxdiag.txt file but they were still unable to help me resolve my issue. Nevermind eh.
I'm sure you've all heard about Gary Gygax. Too bad eh.
