It came to me today that The Same is the perfect name for a Sydney scene spoof band.

In chronological order, the albums would be called:
1. More of The Same
2. Even More of the Same
3. Anything But The Same
4. The Same Old Songs
5. Still The Same
6. The Same
7. Always: The Same
8. Every Song Ends The Same
9. Same Again
10. They're just The Same Live
11. Mostly The Same

Album descriptions:
1. debut
2. leftover songs that didn't make the first album plus some extras
3. the attempt at something different for album three. Here's the review: Sort of More of The Same, just a little different
4. covers
5. a commercially successful return to the roots
6. the slightly less commercially successful derivative album, with the confusing self-title suggesting a lack of direction
7. best of (no covers)
8. the last album
9. a reunion concept album, about a night at the pub. The "the" is lost in an attempt to disguise their 00's past.
10. live album
11. best of (originals + covers)

I cannot believe there is no website about this great band. Tonight we start on one.
