So, I did a little genealogical research a couple days ago and found out that my great-great-great-great-grandmother, Nancy Donnally Bane, was institutionalized for being crazy. And my great-great-great grandfather Samuel Bane was a Union artillery soldier in the Civil War.
So that's kinda neat.
Dinner yesterday was a round steak, roasted in the oven, and topped with a sauce of tomatoes, onions, garlic, and olives.
Dinner today, was the round steak, shredded, and cooked in a saucepan with the sauce from last night, served on toasted sandwich rolls and mozzarella cheese.
Delicious.
