The first thing Isis notices when everything goes all wonky isn't the fact that everything around her is starting to change at once.
It isn't, in fact, the HUGE WAVE OF TEMPORAL STORM COMING THIS WAY, either.
It is, actually, the incredibly fucking huge headache. She shrieks when it first hits, so sharp and sudden and all at once

And then there's a hand on Isis's shoulder. "Love, what's wrong, what do y-"
The touch disappears, then reappears. "-me painkillers?"

All three threads are firing at once, on different-similer tracks in her head, "Painkillers, headache" She makes another whimpery noise, "Something happened and you just.. vanished and reappeared." There is staring. Pained staring, but staring nonetheless. "Greater.. balance.." gesturing with one hand, as the other's still holding on her head, hoping to dull the pain by holding onto her skull, or whatever irrational reasoning this gesture has. "Exploded. Something happened. Very big."

"-tire time!" There's the sound of footsteps, stuttering again briefly, and then they come back.
"Here, this sh-"

All three threads are still firing at once, but with the headache dulled from painkillers, she can arrange the chaos in her head into a more semblence of order.
She takes a deep shuddering breath. "Something happened in the Nexus, something huge and very very large." Though the ordering of thoughts won't stop redundencies, as she's still in panic mode. "The Greater Balance exploded.. or something, I can't tell..." She trails off, realizing Eiko's fading, then reappearing. "...Vendya, you just vanished and reappeared twice."

She returns. "-RI, scan you to make sure nothing's really wrong. If you're having miniblackouts like that, it could be a sign of a stro-" Another flicker out.
And in. "-ke your glasses off and put them on the ta-"ble over there?"
She starts to look slightly confused.

She is worried, and very much wants to flail right now, but is holding it in, due to Eiko's close proximity.

It's fully ten seconds before she reappears, sitting on the edge of the bed. "-thing we can't go up against." And then she blinks her eyes.
"...that was weird." She pulls out her PDA, and checks things. "Main Nexus is a little weird. Something from Derek, problems on 713..." She blinks out a bit while working with that, the PDA going with her.
She blinks out, then says, "-ing is wrong. And I can't tell if it's me or not."

"...Oh Goddess... It occurs to me I don't know what just happened to my store or my world.."

A screen changes to show, instead of the Macrow Magics shop, a small military outpost, complete with tank.
"Something is real-" She disappears again.

Beast acknowledged, and, well. Guess what? Skydera's communication codes have evidently also changed! Because instead of a clear response, there is garbled, though sequential, code and such.
"....I'm not liking this..." Oh god. Oh god. And then she vanishes. THE FLAILING. People. All this at once. Oh god.

"...something's going wrong. It has to be." She rubs the slight bruise. "You weren't doing THAT a second ago. Something's flickering. We were just sitting here and you were watching a dragon attacking the shop, not... that. We were talkinga bout going to take it down."

"With the headaches, I'm thinking it's something big, but it's so large I can't really place what..."
