Isis' five favorite spells and why! Requested by faedustdreams
1. Levitation spells. This is a GODSEND to someone who is as short as she is. Something on a high shelf? Levitate it down. Something out of reach? Bring it into reach with a quick spell.
2. Isis has a fondness for barrier based spells because she uses them to protect herself and those she cares about.
3. While technically not a spell, when Isis wants to show off, she summons pure light and dark in each hand. This is a basic skill that has no name, and suprisingly, she likes doing it because she gets to *TEACH* Plus this sates the Darker side's side to show off, so it's a slightly win-win situation.
4. She also has a fascination for spells that are within her range, but not ones she normally uses. Pure Pyromancy and Geomancy are examples of this. "Pure" in this situation means that she uses her powers of balance to mimic the spells so perfectly, only another Balance mage, or one within those specific fields would honestly be able to tell.
5. There is also a certian fondness to being able to solidify pure light magic into a shape. Take with that, what you will

1. Levitation, same reason as above.
2. Teleportation. Isis is not a lazy person, but the ability to cover a wide distance in a short time is too appealing not to abuse. The catch is A) She has to see and/or visualize where she's going, B) The further the distance, the more draining it is, even if divided into multiple jumps. C) If she attempts to occupy the same space as anything aside from air, she will bounce in a random direction, or multiple times depending on what she's 'bouncing' off of. This is very very disorienting, much like getting horribly seasick.
3. Simple 'everyday' spells which can honestly be lumped as one entry here, turning on a light, turning on the tub, etc. She knows how to do this manually, but the convienence is there, because it's more of an everyday thing to her.
4. Isis occasionally uses training 'drones' out of Lightballs, something to focus on and to practice techniques on.
