It's sometime after this, and definately this.
But Isis eventually appears in Eiko's labs. She has enough sense to lean the staff on the wall, stride over to the bed, hit a button at the neckline of her armor (Which causes it to shift open, allowing her to squirm out), and....
She promptly collapses onto the bed. Asleep. And will be for some time.
