I suppose a happy new year is out to all involved, it's two-thousand-and-eight where I am now, and if Time remains somewhat synchronized, thirty-two-fourty at home.
We spent it at the penthouse suite of the Mariott Marquis Hotel, overlooking Times Square in New York. Given it was my first time seeing such, it was amazing to see, to be completely and utterly honest. All the people celebrating a new beginning like that.
I was even brave and got a little bit drunk. And I did get to kiss Eiko at Midnight. Hee.
Still, the honeymoon has been amazing. The ability to PIN or teleport places simplifies things so easily. We've been to Tahiti, France, England, among other places. Earth History and culture is still amazing, no matter how many times I learn about it.
One hotel we stayed at was a Space Station. Which is another first for me. Zero gravity made for interesting logistics!
It's just been so unreal and real at the same time.
We should be back somewhat soon, Eiko said we might hit a few more places.
