So... ... I can't tell if the relationship gets more or less gay. GENDER MATTERS in that relationship and gender identities matter in interpersonal relationships, so the dynamic would get scrambled here and there. For all I know a male Emiri could gain the edge she needs to rape Kazu. But as far as Kazu's side goes, he still absolutely doesn't realize Emiri is into him. It's not really her gender that's keeping him from noticing her, because as gay as Kazu is, he is bisexual. It's. Their relationship. And Kazu being an idiot.
So basically Kazu would not be as comfortable around a male Emiri (Because Oh!Great men FAIL at their hets once they reach a certain main character point and become Too Comfortable) but would STILL BE PRETTY COMFORTABLE, and Emiri would be the Cute Best Friend Boy in every BL manga that has liked the guy since forever but keeps missing his shot because he's too nice and all the abusive bastards get their first pick. And there would be a lot of doujinshi of Kazu topping Emiri. Which is just WEIRD.

IN THE FUTURE I assume it's pretty interesting, actually. Because in my head, TYLMukuro is both more and less of an asshole. He cooperates, but has a minimal presence around because... well. He's not really social! Not only that but he's both mellowed and gotten more into poking people cos it's funny. (As opposed to poking people because killing them is easier or. Whatever stupid reason he has earlier in his life stupid mukuro is a moron). ANYWAY THE POINT IS that I think he'd ... not find Yamamoto as grating.
...and I can't decide if he would think it was funny to counter-drape on Yamamoto if Dera was around or not.

If Mukuro and Yamamoto have sex, Mukuro initiated and it was probably because their subliminal powerplay went kind of haywire. Mukuro gets to see that side of Yamamoto he suspects is there!1 almost the whole time. That TOPPY, GUARDED, I-WILL-RAPE-YOU-IF-THIS-GOES-BAD Yamamoto, though he wouldn't exactly be topping. Either way Mukuro is going to wind up frustrated because it's not like that's Yama's Secret True Side, he'll still bother all of Mukuro's issues and it probably gets violent lolo. Chrome and Yamamoto probably bonded the morning after when he was like Ow My Everything, and she scolds you :| And then Gokudera tries to kill Mukuro and doesn't talk to Yamamoto for like a month until Yamamoto finally manages to explain what the hell happened. And Yamamoto can't tell if he likes Mukuro better or not, and is like "Ha ha I guess that's what you'd call getting caught up in a situation! Like a snowball! Wait, there's a saying..."
BASICALLY I DON'T KNOW, IT SORT OF DEPENDS ON MUKURO. WHAT WOULD MUKURO WANT OUT OF THAT?

WELL IN SOME WAYS it would be an exercise in... er. He likes physical control/power in a sense, and he has those assumptions about Yamamoto. But it's not like there's a clear reason for this one, not even a halfway like he normally would have. SOMEtIMES though, Mukuro DOES just go with his impulses first and then allows it to sort itself out later. I assume that they were having their lolpowerplay and then it turned into lolsex? and it would be sort of... not... quite... right. But fuck if he started it he was going to finish it.
What does Cloud HONESTLY think of the Aeris and Zack and Tifa and CLoud situation.

Yeah that sounds about right. "Oops uh this got out of hand WELL WE DOIN' THIS"
Cloud, HONESTLY, is a little overwhelmed. Cloud doesn't think he deserves things. He is in love with Tifa and Aeris on very different deep levels, and loves Zack on an entirely other amazing friend/hero worship/revolved world around/KINDA STOLE YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU DIED AND I COULDN'T PSYCHOLOGICALLY HANDLE IT level. He honestly thought that when Aeris and Zack were back together again, he could get out of the way.
He does consider himself "in the way," though not to such an extreme extent anymore now that Aeris and Zack have topped the hell out of him. It is kind of awkward when your Crush Hero's girlfriend falls for you because you were stealing his life. Aeris told him a lot that at first he thought they were similar, but now she understands they're different; Cloud only sort of half absorbs that, because he's caught up in the PRINCIPLE OF THE THING. Which granted is a pretty big principle of the thing. He is amazed at Aeris' level of understanding and support, amazed at Zack's acceptance of what he's done, and beyond amazed that they have forgiven him. Still, he wants to repent really badly, he just doesn't know where to start. And they keep acting like there isn't anything to repent for and that makes this difficult :\
Being in a relationship with Aeris and Zack at the same time doesn't hit him nearly as hard as the fact that they both want him... in that. The fact that they are dead also does not really hit him that hard. They are alive here. Cloud lost them so thoroughly already, and he knows they're always watching over him no matter what. So after camp, if they can't still be alive - he is holding out some small tiny plea for them BEING alive, but he doesn't really think it's possible (mostly because nobody's talked to him about it, also because Cloud Can't Have Nice Things) - he'll be fine. He just wants to be with them on the same physical plane as much as he can. So uh, if anyone's ever like DUDE YOU'RE IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH DEAD PEOPLE, he'll be like lol um yeah wouldn't you.
Some part of him is kind of awkward about telling Tifa he got topped into a relationship with two people that are not her, because some part of him actually isn't an idiot; also, is in love with Tifa in that long-term, There-Is-Fail-In-Nibelheim-Water way. He essentially never got with her, and continues to not get with her, because he is WALLOWING IN UNWORTHINESS. So he lives with her and protects her and raises orphans with her and is protective of her even though she can probably kick his ass. His brain can't really conceptualize hooking up with Tifa WHILE he is hooked up with Aeris AND Zack, but the fact that he is conceptualizing hooking up with her AT ALL means Aeris made a big impact. IT'S JUST KIND OF AWKWARD, and they fail, and how do you ask your childhood love to get with you, your flowergirl, and soldier 1st class anyway?
Also what is left of his normal male urges equates that Tifa + Aeris = AMAZING but he's almost too kicked puppy to actually conceptualize something that sexy. Maybe if it happened in front of him.
Is Aeris going to run interference and drag Tifa into this.

Cloud thinks Tseng is a dick, but in that... midboss way where it doesn't bother him. Cloud doesn't know any of Tseng's deep involvement other than the fact that he was in love with Aeris and sucked at it in a bad way, seeing as the first time he saw him he bitchslapped Aeris in a helicopter. Also, Tseng was pretty sliced the fuck open by Sephiroth; he is starting to think you actually can't kill Turks. At all. (He sort of thinks of him more as a "The Turks" than an individual.) He is kind of fond of them in a Hero-picks-on-midbosses way and an "I'm just making sure you're reforming :|" way, but they also annoy him and he ignores them.
What's a headcanon snippet for each of your characters?

Mukuro ... isn't really suicidal, but the END THE WORLD THING wasn't an irrational impulse, he knew exactly what it meant. And then knew that eventually it would all just. End.
