so...2nite was my first night of real work (on the floor by myself, no trainer). which really wasnt a big deal for me cuz i've done this whole waitress thing be4. The shitty thing was they only gave me 1 table all night so i made roughly $20 in tips, which isnt made for only actually having 3 diff checks all night. Most nights you have 4plus tables to ureself...so..20 a table times 4 would b 80 a nite in tips...i could handle that. Oh...and the only day i work this schdual is tomorrow. Which the lazy side of me loves, the practicle side that pays my bills is screaming and pulling her hair out. so...yeah...i'm gonna see if i cant pick up at least one shift or so next week...either that or they better give me more than one table tomorrow. *cross fingers* hopefully things will work out.
OH! on the happy side of life! One of my friends i've known since be4 middle school jsut got engaged to a REALLY awsome guy this week. I JUST found out today and i'm soooo happy. The wedding is looking like it will be in Marchish of next year..and..*drum roll*...i get to b a bridesmaid...which could be the weirdest thing i've ever said...ever. I cant belive i'm old enuf to b a bridesmaid. Ah well..still a year to go. I'll have just graduated school...which is a weird thought in and of itself. Lol...this is horrible...if my friends start getting married i'm gonna start wanting a real relationship of my own...and well...that would jsut be funny.
