I have a serious case of senioritis. I have a 10 page paper due in 3 hours and I have only written a page. Eh, suggested page lenghts are overrated.
I'm still really pissed off about the Project Runway Finale. I'll get over it soon enough.
I've consumed more then a safe amount of caffeine in the past 4 days. I think I've gotten about 9 hours a sleep in the past 4 nights. I love the fact I still have 2 papers and 2 finals to think about.
Somehow my resume got into the hands of a fundraiser for this Congressman in Texas who is facing a touch re-election. Anyways, the campaign is looking to hire some more fundraisers and since I have fundraising skills they might be interested in hiring me. I don't think this will out for several reasons. I think they want to hire someone SOON and I don't graduate until June 11. I also don't know how I feel relocating to Texas to work for moderate Democrat. I do want to work on a campaign after graduation before settling in DC but I want to work for a more progressive candidate. I have some more promising options in terms of candidate but I will say it was flattering to hear from the campaign. I try to keep an open mind but let's be serious--- Could I really survive living in Texas? Probably not. I'd mouth off and be shot [cause you know how Texans love their guns.] God, I'm horrible. I kid with the gun thing. But not about me getting shot thing. Seriosuly, I know people from Texas who are conservative and liberal and they are good people.
OK, I need to get a double espresso and get working on a paper.
