OOC: This is kinda bendy time with regards to current LOST canon, but it's all in fun.
Jack frowned. He'd always thought in the back of his mind that if people were more like him that perhaps he'd have a bit of an easier time relating to others. Now here he was, gaping open mouthed at someone who was like him... a little too much like him. If not completely alike in personality (the other's sense or morality was cringe worthy) the physical appearance was uncanny. It was a little unnerving.
He shifted uncomfortably in his seat, staring up at the glowing movie theater screen, unable to tear his eyes away as the man in question drove his car much too fast after doing something highly illegal. Everyone at St. Sebastian's had been talking about this movie, consistently urging Jack to see it. He didn't understand what the big deal was before. Not a man who watched a great amount of television, Jack had missed the previews for this latest Hollywood blockbuster. If he hadn't, he would have known immediately why so many people wanted him to see the film and hear his opinion about it later.
The moment the dark haired actor stepped onto the screen, Jack felt his mind reel. Then the camera zoomed and it got worse. Frame after frame Jack forgot about the large popcorn bucket he and his friend Chuck decided to share in favor of studying the fictional story like a textbook and deciphering every instance which made him not Agent Kent Taylor of Vantage Point.
The whole thing was just giving him a headache. At least this Matthew Fox person seemed to be a decent actor.
