Day 2 of Normal
So yesterday was cool. Once I finaly got up and moving everything was good. The afternoon started with spending some time at ISU waiting for Chad and Joel to look at my portfolios. After waiting an hour, they finally had time to look at it. The reason it took them so long was because of an issue with the heat outside and the show that night. After Chad made some phone calls and talked to the correct people, the show was canceled due to heat. Which is good news for the crew since they could then start strike earlier. Last night was also the biggest change over. From Julius Ceasar to Comedy of Errors. Usally a 3 hour load out and then another 3 hour load in, but they did both in about 5.5 hours (with a ~20 min break). (Nice job guys) I had my camera set up to do the time lapse and I walked around taking photos. Tonight I think I might have to pull out my tripod, some of the photos are blurry. Overall the time lapse and the photos turned out really good. A 5.5 hour load in condensed to 3.5 min makes it look like a breeze. Watching the crew last night made me miss doing the loads just a little bit and it makes me sad that I probably wont do the loads as a crew member. (side note: i still want to work with the festival again. its such a great festival with great people still)
Well the whole thing on jealousy is just plain stupid on my part. As someone told George. "You had your chance and you missed it" Well it was something like that. At somepoint there might be a second chance. Or third... or forth.... or nth. So yeah, thats all I'm going to say here about that. Ya never know what might happen in the future, so many options and choices out there. I find myslef relating to George alot, espically after some of the episodes I watched recently (it was on tv so i dont remember the episode number but after I watch the entire series again I can tell ya). What makes this even more fun is if you dont even know what show I'm talking about.
Well back to doing nothing. Maybe Ill get my nap today. Was up to 3 am-ish with the load in and then of course I was up at 8am. Then again at 9:30. Then finally stayed in bed till 11. This whole week is really going to mess with my sleep scheduale. Tomorrow I actually have a plan of something to do. We'll see if it actually happens.
