Update
Yeah its only 8:22 in the morning and I am tired. But after getting only about 4 hours of sleep what can you expect. I didnt get to bed till 1am because of rehersal and then needed to get up early to write a short paper. Plus I woke up in the middle of the night too.
Anyway. I'll catch you up real qucik starting with spring break (cant remember what I was doing before break besides working on Taking Steps). Spring break was nice. Got to relax alot which was a good thing till I got back because thats when I realized I still have alot of work to do and some of which I could have done over break. Oh well. Went to the dentist twice over break, once for a cleaning and once for the small cavitys (I have weak teeth, i dont eat that much sugar). Other then relaxing I got some new jeans to replace the ones with the big holes in then and new shoes to replace the ones that where falling apart. I think I'm set till the summer when I'll probably need now shorts, but that will wait.
Im still playing catch up with some of my class work but nothing major and nothing that I can really change.
I took some photos of the sets I've been working on. AIM me if you want to see them. They arnt that good. They almost all come out fuzzy. Maybe I'll be lucky and someone will buy me the $1000 digital camera. (lol) There was one day before break that the sun was hitting the trees is such a way that it looked like they where on fire. Those photos where slightly better but only the ones of the buildings with the sun on them.
I've been working on Taking Steps most of my free time. It should be a good show. Its slowly making progress. Hopefully the molding will be finished by tomorrow. There is one thing that bugs me but it wont be changing so I'll mention it. Mr. Crabe is talking about the bed on how its made for his wife cause she is a dancer. He says something to the effect of, "This bed is as hard as a rock." Well the funny thing is that the bed is two matteress on top on one another (we dont have a boxspring big enough) so the bed is really soft. You would think that we would make the bed harder but we wont. Oh well. Just one of the pet peives about the show sho far. Once interesting thing about the show, well to me atleast, is there is actually someone else from NCHS (my highschool) that is acting in the show.
Ok, back to spring break. There was the idea to see Gretch in Iowa over break but the 3 of us that where planning on seeing her didnt have the ambision to plan the day and say to the others, "Ok, where doing it on this day" Oh well. Maybe some other time. Sorry we didnt visit Gretch.
Why is it that I always thing of good things to put in this journal when I cant actully write them but when I have the chance I forget them. Oh well.
Lastly there have been a few days that I would rather stand in the shower all day then going to class and work. I dont know why, its just is relaxing and I dont have to worry about what is going on. This morning was like that. Maybe I'll feel better after putting up 16' walls with 12" (both depth and height) molding on them. Oh wait the molding wont go up for a week probably cause it has to get cheese clothed first.
