owwww my arms.......they hurt like a mother......stupid doctor's office. why, i must ask, do i have to get stabbed five times in one afternoon? this was yesterday, and i still cant lift things without being in pain. yesterday was not fun. going to work?? yeah pushing those carts was not enjoyable. nor was putting the books on the high shelves. ugh. but at least i dont have to get stuck again for two months....then another 4 months after that. just in time to go away to geneseo and to come back for christmas break.
in other news, ive completely become reobsessed with harry potter. it's not my fault really; i was cleaning my room like i was supposed to and i found this manila envelope marked in lena's handwriting: for sarah confidential!! and i opened it up and out spilled all my harry potter memorabilia. articles from the paper. weblinks. theories on book 6 (i lol-ed. a lot) and, my favorite of all, pictures of rupert grint. everywhere. even an invitation to one of julia's parties that started with 'guess what sarah! rupert grint has invited you to spend some one-on-one time with him as well as a one-on-one- audition for the next hp movie!!!' hilarious. i about died. im so glad i kept all that stuff; im never ever getting rid of it. my mom wants me to clean out my room but all my middle school memories are in that envelope and a binder full of notes from julia, and i cant bear to part with it. im glad im not, because now im getting back into the 'must read harry potter 5 and 6 before the 7th book comes out' mode. ive got about 100 pages of book 5 left, but i cant bring myself to finish it (it's been a week, seriously.) because i know what happens in the last 100 pages and i hate reading when sirius died. dumblydore didn't bother me in book 6, but i have vivid memories of sitting in the living room reading about sirius' death and screaming 'OMYGOD' and my mom thought id been shot or something cuz she came running in like 'what happened??' and i was like 'omg they killed one of my fav characters omg.' ya really. i was. im hoping that jkr doesnt kill ron or remus, cuz they're my favorites. actually ron's number one. but moony is a close second. ps im fascinated by the whole backstory with the marauders. ok ive spent like 5 minutes talking about harry potter. on to something else, before you all think im a dork. :)
umm.....american eagle is having a clearance sale, and my bank account is going to deflate a little while i go nuts online. but i do want to get to the real mall soon.....i have things i want to get before i go to geneseo. like clothes. and shoes. and clothes. and a fall jacket, because i cant handle wearing a sweatshirt all fall long. livingston county is cold, man!!
alright, im gonna go get some tom wahl's with the fam. yes i know its not friday. yes i know we usually go out to tom wahl's on friday. that's okay. i can deal with thursday. especially since friday equals melissa's partay and omg im so stoked!!
