Have whipped through this book very quickly, couldn't put it down; its a crime thriller, about a serial killer who then appears to acquire a partner in his murders (an Apprentice)The book is much like watching an episode of CSI; its fast moving, descriptions good -Tess is a former medic - so some of her murder scenes are quite gruesome but accurate; she uses her knowledge in the book but cleverly imparts the info as thoughts of the characters, so I have learnt things from her, only wish I could remember it all!

Anyhow, I'm definitely going to read another of hers soon. .
