The internet film I did is now up online. However, its so awkward/offensive/I really don't know I don't think I'm going to post it on here. After watching it though, I realized I need to loose about 10 pounds. Why? So I don't have an extra 10 pounds on me via the camera. I think weight watchers may be one of the best healthy diets. Jaqueline has the scoop on that, facebook her.

Be sure to exercise while dieting.

Careful with green tea, it zaps iron from your body which makes you feel exhausted. Boost iron with fine red meats ( filet mignon-which is great for your metabolism) and lots of greens. Broccoli is best. Unsalted nuts are good snacks because their packed with nutritious stuff.

Fruit does incredible things for your metabolism and energy level.

Most important according to the people who know-sleep on a regular schedule.

My thing is you should eat for your needs. Nutritious, high-energy foods so that you get everything you need and only what you need.

Also, gaurana (that spelling may not be right) is natural caffeine. It's found in most diet pills and marketed to be good for you but it is STRONGER than caffeine in sodas. If you go with a diet pill that has this and you have trouble sleeping it may actually hinder your metabolism.

People hate when I give my 2 cents on dieting because clearly I don't need to lose weight, but I do eat (and sleep) on a fairly strict regiment to keep my body feeling good--which balances metabolism which stabilizes your weight where your body needs it to be which helps you to function best. It's a circular thing.
