HELP! Need photo storage advice

So Dropbox is doing away with their public folder which is where ALL my fic art is hosted.

Some folks are going to Photobucket but I was wondering where other folks host their graphics and the pros and cons of each.

My art needs to be moved fairly quickly so if you could drop a comment here that would be awesome.

just to clear my confusion: are we talking about the "home" folder, the one that appears first when you open Dropbox in your browser? If yes, then phew, I don't have so much pics there, so it won't be a lot of work to change the links - once I tracked them all down XD

As for Imgur - I post pretty much everything that's bigger than an icon there for some time, since I need the LJ space for the icons. So far, I haven't met any real problems (just some minor issues that had more to do with the amount of pics I wanted to upload in one go than with anything else), and once you got into handling it, it's fairly easy to work with. And as Ara mentioned, you really do yourself a huge favor if you organize things on Imgur. I still have to try it myself to add pics from the general "drop zone" to folders, but I don't think it's gonna be to diffcult. And, as a last note, you not only get sharing links for images, but for folders too (which work even on FB!)

Photobucket is a no-go for me, cause it's a PITA to even open any image link there - it takes so long to generate the whole page - ugh! And I don't want to wait - well, at least not in that case ;)

Another possibility would be SlickPic, but I have no idea how that works exactly. You could ask raloria (http://raloria.livejournal.com/) for more about it, she uses the page since she left Photobucket earlier this year.
