Well im back from Niagra falls,
It was sooooo awesome!! I got to go on a tour and see so much stuff, I got a lot of pictures which I will hopefully be able to put up in my, myspace, eventually. Went on the maid of the mist and had an absolute blast!!! It is soo much fun, everone had the hood to their raincoats on except me, it felt soo great i wanted to jump in and swim around! During the tour i went on, i got to see glass things get made which was sooo neat,I was in a total trance.
I saw a whirpool,a giant garden clock made of flowers, old historic building things, I got to go on a big tower, saw an imax movie about niagra falls. and other stuff which i forget. I saw this guy walk a tight rope from one hotel to another which was REALLY high and REALLY far, it took him over 20 min. to walk across it, no net under him or anything, the cops had to clear the road in case he fell and splattered everywhere, but i don't think he will. Not yet anyways, he is 62 years old too!!! I think he's crazy but he's doing it for charity for children. He does it EVERY DAY which is total madness. anyways, the falls themselves were awesome, i got great pics. The food is HORRIBLE. I ordered pasta, and i took a bite of the mushroom on it, and i swear i was about to barf, it had some kind of weird sauce or something and it was terrible. One restaraunt was good though, but i forget the name of it. It's also very expensive in Canada. brought back some canadian coins as souveniers. They have $1 and $2 coins! i thought it was pretty neat. I also saved my poncho from maid of the mist. At night the lit up the falls which was really cool, i didn't get any pictures tho. I read Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince every night i was there. I finshed the last night at 2:00 a.m. it is SOOOOOOOO GOOOOD i can't wait for the seventh.I saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in Buffalo. Sprry to those of you who loved it,I just thought it was plain wierd and kinda stupid. Ilike the old one better. The fight home was total chaos!!! Because of weather in Atlanta my flight was delayed like 2 hours so my parents and i didn't get to atlanta until like 11:45 p.m. Then we were worried about our connecting flight to WPB but the lady at the counter said it wouldn't take off until 12:30 so we run to the gate to be sure to be on time, and the flight left at 11:30. My mom was soooooo pissed she could have killed someone. Noone at the airport cared and the said the only flight they could get us on was the 12:30 a.m. flight. Well we weren't waiting until 12:30 the next day, we tried to get tickets for the 8:46 a.m. flight but they said it was overbooked by 12 people. So we met this lady that was on the buffalo flight with us and said she could give us a ride to jupiter cuz she lives in jupiter farms, so we booked an 8:22 a.m. flight to ft.Lauderdale. Well my dad goes to get blnkets and he runs into this lady and she says " Oh I got tickets to the 8:46 a.m. flight to WPB, I hope that doesn't mess u up" Well DUH it messes us up!! te only reason we took the flight was because she said she could give us a ride!!!! SO, she ditched us and got tickets on a flight that was supposed to be overbooked by 12 people!!! So my dad goes to try and get tickes and can't and we are left in the airport all night and fly to ft.Lauderdale and have my brothe pick us up and get home. Talk about crazy!! Anyways I will be finisshed with my room soon, I hope. I have the wood floors but have to wait 72 hours in ornder to put them in. Once that is over with and I get my desk I can put everything together and egyptianify (w/e im stupid) my room and paint stencil thingys on the walls. Can't wait to go back to school and see everyone. Hope everyone's summer has been great! School is just around the corner! I've been counting the days! can't wait to see everyone again.
