Well, life is beyond busy. And though i tend to do it a lot, i am not exagerating. At all. Currently i am working two full time jobs (30+ hours per week each) PLUS working in the studio about 15+ hours a week which i need to bump up to at least 20 and going to school full time which is about 12 hours per week of class and another 12 of reading and homework. And despite working full time i am going to leave this crappy 'community' type college with an associates and over $16,000 of debt. And not even one of my top 3 degree choices. Eh. It'll do to get me by i hope. I envy people who don't have to work during college, or at least not full time. I am dropping GoWireless in two weeks and moving over exclusively to Gloria Jeans (Coffee) so that will cut me down from about 60 hrs/week to 40ish. I have to say, Gloria Jeans is way more fun then Gowireless and i am friends with basically everyone who works there so it makes it much more bearable. PLUS i get all the free coffee and tea that i can contain. I have basically moved to a liquid diet. It's fabulous. The way i figure it my schedule once i leave GoWireless will look something like this:
Work: 40 hrs/week
Class: 12 hrs/week
Study: 12+ hrs/week
Studio time: 20 hrs/week
Sean's Music: 8+ hrs/weeK
Sleeping: 56+/- hrs/week
Eating/Peeing/Having sex/etc: 20 +/- hrs/week
Right now my schedule contains about 10 hrs less of the eating/peeing/having sex/etc area and about 10 hours of work/study multi-task which is occasionally possible at GoWireless. Fun.
So...yeah. Busy. And all this for about $210/week after taxes. It is so lucky i am in a relationship, not just bc Sean is an awesome guy and i love him, because there is no way i could survive on my own...lol. Not in Portsmouth at least, that's for sure. I'd be LUCKY to get a 1 BR appt for $650-$750. Seriously. I suppose i could survive if i found one for $650 and didn't buy any food and left the heat off. I could probably survive for quite awhile on my stored up fat and Gloria Jean's coffee. LOL. IDK. Craziness.
Anyways... Sean has a show on Oct 8 at the Redhook Brewery with Tribe opening up for some huge DJ. There is supposed to be over 1000 in attendance. Angie if you are reading this you should totally come, you would get a kick out of Tribe. Think Tribal/Electronica. It's fun. Anyways, then he has a show with Cixelsyd (soon to be renamed.) on the 28th at the Bomb Shelter. Who knows when Six Steps Beyond will start playing out.
AH! I also still don't have my dog or a computer! Oh, and me and Sean need to find a new appt/place to live by 10/31 bc that's when our lease is up and Michael is moving out. And it has to be a place that is ok with big dogs and loud music. Sheesh. We are screwed.
Anyways, Angie, CALL ME! **MUAH**
