J: What the crap?
M: It's the Spanish Channel. They're doing something from "West Side Story"
J: Yeah, well...they suck
M: They're singing in Spanish.
J: No. They're singing, "La, La, La, America!" over and over...and off key.
M: I think they just want an excuse to dance
J: They're not in sync.
M: *laughs* They're not.
J: They just want an excuse to wear flowy dresses and flash their underwear

*pause*

M: I want to watch "West Side Story". It makes me happy.
J: What about it makes you happy?? It's a tragedy.
M: I know. I cry every time I see it. It makes me sad.
