so much that makes me happy
Babes in Arms closed last night. We had the closing night cabaret which went REMARKABLY well. It was the first thing I got to "direct" in a sense and it was amazing. First of all, our cast was SO incredibly talented. that can not be denied. second of all, they were soooo willing to pull together and do this. Every night when I asked them if they could come early, like....5:30, or even 4 o'clock for some, they were all SO very willing. I love that cast. I'm really going to miss them like woah.
Ok...so I need to talk. I've got this new friend from work. He's this really very nice guy. one of those kinds of guys that will make fun of you, but you know that he's totally joking. And he's sooo sincere. Well, he's 1. a straight guy 2. a guy I'm actually able to sit and have a good conversation with.
we'll disregard the fact that I'm sooo terribly attracted to him. He's got that nice bad boy vibe. I don't know how else to describe it. But the past two night's i've been out really late talking to him. Friday night we were at denny's late talking, and last night we drove around monroeville till about 4 am talking. He's a really good guy. He's going to Edinboro in the fall for movie graphic design stuff. Not really sure what it's called. But then again he also might end up going to California and getting a job right off the bat.......and working there. That would be really be great for him. Apparantly he's having a going away party. I BETTER have a "good time" at this party. haha.
so tired now. I didn't get to bed till 5 am last night. And some how and for some reason I AM UP. what is that?! ugh.
OH. Have I mentioned I LOVE Ryan Cavanaugh. when we were getting ready for the show he's sitting in the dressing room and looks at me and says "Mallory, I can't wait till we're on broadway together."
I think I wanted to cry. You can't even comprehend how amazingly talented this boy is and how much I think of him and THOUGHT of him before I even knew him. And the fact that he said that to ME i incredible.
then there's john boyer. I'mg oing to marry him cause of his voice. UGH. His voice is divine. simply DIVINE. I can't even handle it. I absolutley love it. ::sighs:: He's like a young josh groban. amazing.
