After a lot of thought, I’ve decided I'm going to be changing the way I do business after I get through my current commission list. I want to change the direction of my business and start building pre mades and selling that way instead of working on commission. Commission work is super stressful and it's seriously wearing on my health. Looking

I reached that point a couple of years back and haven't done anything about it because I don't see myself as a "big name". I wasn't sure that my business would survive the transition. To be honest, I'm still not sure if it will. Things have got to change though, so we'll see what happens.

But yeah, I find myself feeling guilty on weekends because I'm not working on commissions. I made a show piece for myself for D*C this year and felt horrible about it because I spent so much time (three weeks) on something for myself when I should have been working on commissions. It's just not healthy.

Thank you so much for the note. You are one of the people that I look at and think, "yeah, this could work." Thanks for being awesome!

At some point I really want to pick your brain in regards to setting up your own shop vs etsy vs ebay. Perhaps sometime after Halloween we can find some time to chat if you're willing. I'm looking for any advice you are willing to share.

Wish I could have seen the demon in person. The few photos I've seen have been freaking amazing.

My personal project involved a lot of chain maille...talk about guilty time spent!



I'm sort of starting to toss around the idea of finally building my demoness. I think I actually have the skills now. *nods* It needs to happen. Next year, she will happen next year and it will be awesome. Tenebrious will finally get to run around and terrorize folks rather than kick around inside my skull. Will be grand.

Anyway, I ought to stop babbling at you and get back to work. Ha!
