Ack, strings!!
Hiii everyone! I don't know if anyone actually reads this, but if you do, you now know that I a) am still alive and b) still remember my LJ password.
Been doing pretty much nothing but sewing this week; I even skipped choir on Thursday because I was so wrapped up in the sewing that I forgot to check the clock. Whoops. Apparently we're singing Salve, Regina in a few weeks, for which my choir director has typed up a Phonetic Latin Pronunciation Guide for everyone. Hilarity to ensue, I'm sure, especially when we have to go over the diphthongs.
So yeah, been sewing this dress to wear at my cousin's wedding. It's gone pretty well so far, except that the shoulders are still too big even after I shrunk them. I attached the skirt last night, only to discover that it's about .. ermm.. half a foot too long, even with my heels. Curse my chibiness!! May go with the short version after all; it'll look a little less formal that way, I think, which is good because I'm not in the wedding party and don't want to overdo it..
Aside from that... job applications are boring. And time-consuming. And never have enough room for information, so you have to cram it in the little boxes and then you look messy and disorganized. Bah. If anyone can get me a summer job, you will be my hero forever. I will bake you brownies! Or cookies! Or anything!
Reaaallly need to get back into the Latin/Greek/German circuit; fortunately Summer Greek starts next week, and Latin will start sometime in June. Now to find a Summer German group...

15. Who is the last person you sent a text message to? I've never sent a text message to a real person; actually, I've only sent one text message ever, and it was to a computer program, and it said "STOP". Didn't work, either.
16. Ever go camping? Used to; haven't been lately.

19. Do you have a tan? Nope; I go from white to red. :P

34. Biggest annoyance right now? The fact that my dress isn't done/perfect yet.
