I can't believe I've been so distracted over the past week or so that I didn't know Kings had been moved to Saturday to die! That sucks. :(

But for those who want to follow it to the end and weren't aware -- Starting April 18, the final Kings eps will be aired on Saturday nights.

Oh, NBC was just kind enough to let me know it's on at 8pm on Saturdays.

You know what holidays mean at my house? Food. Lots and lots of food. I seriously think I might have to yak for my own safety. Candy, dinner, a sugary delicious breakfast and desert. It doesn't even SOUND appetizing anymore.

How are you guys doing today?

ETA: Until Amazon.com reverses their decision to "unrank" GLBT material, I will no longer be linking to their site. I'm not sure who I will use in the alternative, possibly Alibris or Better World Books. But in the mean time, I suggest people try other outlets as well.

For more details, cleolinda has more details on what happened here: http://cleolinda.livejournal.com/763883.html.

Man, I feel dirty inside, considering all of the thousands of dollars I've spent or encouraged people to spend there over the years.

ETA 2: Oh, but WAIT, Amazon cries! It was a GLITCH! From suricattus:

Amazon Says Glitch to Blame for "New" Adult Policy
By Rachel Deahl & Jim Milliot

A groundswell of outrage, concern and confusion sprang up over the weekend, largely via Twitter, in response to what authors and others believed was a decision by Amazon to remove adult titles from its sales ranking. On Sunday evening, however, an Amazon spokesperson said that a glitch had occurred in its sales ranking feature that was in the process of being fixed. The spokesperson added that there was no new adult policy.

Of course, this does not explain why authors who queried were told by Amazon reps that 'adult' material" was being excluded from appearing in "some searches and best seller lists" as a "consideration of our entire customer base." I'll be very interested what glitch explains that....

Uh, yeah, Amazon, whatevs.

overeating, holiday, easter, #amazonfail
