Saw the series premiere of Point Pleasant tonight. They billed it as a sort of neato mystical showdown between good and evil sorta deal, same executive producer as Buffy (which is what convinced me). Pilot (one hour) was OK, looks like they're going for a bit of a Baywatch or Melrose Place (to quote a friend) collegeish kids making out ratings
