My Silver Cowboy Boots of the Day
Hard to think of one today. Guess I'm grateful that I feel overall pretty content today, despite straining my wrist after using a mouse for half an hour which forced me to decide to drop my Drawing Graphics on the Computer course this semester because my wrist is totally frakked up from my obsessive knitting over the holidays. Urgh. Yeah, pretty sucky day, in terms of things happening, but I feel pretty happy, so that's good. Usually it's the opposite, where things are going well and I feel like sheesh, so I like the change.
I was happy even before watching The Final Frontier and squeeing madly at all the Kirk/Spock/McCoy love! (And now I understand how Scotty/Uhura is a thing for some people. Though I will never quite get Sulu/Chekov, no matter how adorable they are as people.) So much OT3 joyousness in this movie, and I nearly died at the end when Kirk sees Spock, and me and captaincadet are like "Hug him!! KISS HIM!" (etc) at the screen, and then Kirk goes to hug him and Spock says, "Not in front of the Klingons." PRICELESS! I will never trust the judgment of anyone who insists that they are merely "friends" again. Also, McCoy is the GQest of MFs (besides Sulu). Just sayin'.
Alright, now Bones, then bed, then getting up for my newly added Psychology course (to replace the Computer Graphics course). Gonna be on campus for 10.5 hours solid tomorrow, 9 of those hours being in class. If I die, captaincadet gets my communicator, and cws_eat_chs gets the Noel Fielding voodoo doll in my room.
