Bah, this weekend was insanely hectic. I had a Geek Tournament on Friday and Saturday. That was soooo much fun. I met a ton-o-new people! I met this one guy from Webb Citty. His name was Bret, but I insisted apon calling him "Ferguson" because he looked exactly like Ferguson from Clarissa Explains It All. That old Nickelodeon show. I met Drew, David, Matt, Dusty, Misty, Joel, Pat, and some more people from Monett. They were so much fun. We sat around talking about music, playing cards, prank calling people, and just generally having a great time. I learned that alot of people in Monett listen to alot of crappy music. Examples included: Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Eminem, Disturbed, Bowling for Soup, etc. I found it really funny. So I had to break-out the mp3 player and become music missionary for a few hours. Man, I love Debate Tournaments, I'm going to be really sad when I can't go to them anymore....
- Kristen, my very best friend, is moving away. It isnt for sure, but its a pretty good chance she will. This really, really, really, depresses me.
- Strawberry-Pineapple milkshakes are stupendous.
- I really don't care much for my Nutrition & Meals teacher, Ms. Gregory.
- I had to sleep on the school bus on the second day of our Geek Tournament b/c we left the school at 7 a.m. When having to sleep on a school bus, you realize that it's one of those moments when you wouldn't mind being a midget. I know I wouldn't have.
- My sister is listening to Simple Plan right now, and it's all I hear....I'm going to throw something.
- I almost hit a cop yesterday with my car.
Sunday night I went to my friend Mitchel's house. He was having a small party. Kristen and I went, we hung out with Matt, Matt S., Steven, and Mitchel all night. It turned out to be one of those nights you fall in love with, and those are the best. I didn't drink, neither did Kristen. We just sat with the boys, talking all night, listening to music. It was soooo much fun. Ahhh, I wanted to cry when we left. I love those boys dearly. I also saw Matt's bare butt, which wasn't a highlight of the night, but still pretty funny.
Monday was Martin Luther King day and I had no school. So I went shopping with Kristen and Linda. It was pretty boring...then Linda got a ticket for speeding....and I chuckled. I returned home and slept the rest of the day away.
