This weekend was slighty less eventful than I had hoped, but it was uneventful in a interesting sort of way...if that makes sense at all?

I got my hair done, I was late for my appointment, but not by much. My hairdresser was not Jesse and I was dissapointed. It was probably the most boring hair cut I have ever gotten. She didnt talk to me at all. Jesse talks to me...I like her more. It doesn't really look like the picture I gave the lady, that probably explains what she took a quick glance at it...

Later, I went to the city(city = Springfield) with Jakke and Sarah. It was.....eh. We went to see a movie. White Noise and it was really creepy! It sucked though b/c this old women sat next to me, she had to be about 70. Well, she had gas. She wouldnt stop burping. She keep talking and asking her husband retarded questions that had nothing to do with the movie and often saying "I hope that man isn't dead". Then I heard snoring, and I do believe her husband fell asleep. It was making me a little upset...but I forgave them b/c they are old, and that is what elders do. We then ventured off to Best Buy where I proceeded to spend 60.00 and I now hate myself, but I am pleased with my selections. I bought Garden State and 4 cds.

Cds Include:
  • 2 Bright Eyes LPs - I love the song True Blue. It's fun.
  • Fear Before the March of Flames "Art Damage" - Can't really decide if I like it or not. I was hoping they would be more like the Blood Brothers. I just have to listen to it more.
  • Interpol "Antics" - Its about time I got this cd. And it is soooo good to hear it.

My outting in Springfield with Jakke and Sarah was alright, but they are dating and they make me cringe. I dont really like going anywhere with couples unless there is another person for me to talk too. Their relationship is sort of gross, the CONSTANT "I love you's", the public making-out...its just all too strange for me to be near.....They are the sort of couple that have been together for 5 months and are sure as the sun that they will be together forever. My opinion is, I think they think they are in a movie, and life is not a movie....

Later on I went to Kristen's and Matt and Mitchel came to pick us up and we went back to Springfield to this party. It was LAME. I hated it. The people there just weren't my kind of people, I wasn't comfortable around them at all. So we went outside on the back porch and just stood around and chatted. And I made fun of Steven's "butt-chin". It was hilarious. We were joking around. It was freezing so 5 of us went and sat in Matt's Path Finder and chatted there instead. Until about 1:30 a.m. Other things took place but none of much interest....

Tomorrow I think I will go downtown and do some thrifting of my own. fuckfilm, to which I still do not know your name, has inspired me. I saw an old Elton John tee-shirt downtown...I think I want it.

The New Hair-do, on my ugly head...

I look disgusted ^
