WORK IS CANCELED FOR THE DAY! YES!
Waking up this morning was brudal. I was soo tired from having to wake up at 5 30am and work 12 hours yesterday.. that i was cursing my boss today for making me work this morning at 9 30. BUT with my hand on the door handle, I get a phone call with my boss telling me not to bother to come in, because its cold and there were a lot of cancellations. WAHOOx2. eeeven though i was all set to go, i'd still rather not work. I might go to IKEA today!!! Thats always an adventure for buying things I don't really need.
I put my last day in yesterday for work before I head off to school. I chose the 24th. Thats soon. Im excited!
Things in life have been pretty grand as of late. I mean, sure, some people are stupid and piss me off, but I forget about it within a day. No point in getting all huff puff about it... just accept their ignorance and get over it, i guess.
So Im working yesterday, and I see Dodds' name on the tee sheet. So i head on out to the golf course and find him and Bekendam shootin some balls. haha. It was funny. Then I go downstairs a little later on, and Dammon is sitting there with the two of them, havin some din din and beer. A pretty large bill if I say so myself. Good to see them though. I dont get to see any of my friend's at my work. Its too snotty and highschool-ish. If that makes any real sense to anyone but me.
I realized I need to buy more movies. I have a very weak movie collection. And sometimes, I just want to cuddle up and watch a movie, but there really aren't any that I own, and Im too lazy to rent one when Im in that mode, so I usually go to the Talking Heads DVD which is fucking really awesome. Thanks Jeff for makin me shake my thang to that tunage. haha.
Im so excited to start school up again! About 2 weeks left! YES! I want some hilarious posters to hang in our apartment. Yeah, i should do that.
Mike's sister had her baby girl this morning!!! Im happy for him. I think it will bring him a fresh begining and passion for life. Even though he's got a great passion for life already, it'll bring a little somethin extra. he's silly. i like him.
I really think Im going to go for a nice walk this morning. I like this cool air, gets me excited for Fall ! Im ready for the Summer to end I think. Definetely not a very enjoyable or adventurous summer, compared to the last couple I've excperienced. I guess work kinda fucked me over for that. And discovery of lack of real friends around here and too caught up in the ones from school.
