Id like to thank Charles King, Nathan "Rambo" Town, the rest of the King Family and a person we called 'Steve' for making this weekend possible. Without the help of them I probably would've stayed home and got intoxicated to extreme measures, but thanks to the King family's wise choice of purchasing 'northwest' property and Charlie's great choice of choosing me as a friend, I got to get drunk in a far off country, er, county. And Nate was there and Ray Stevens stopped in a few times. Oh and knowbody can forget a special guest appearance, two nights in a row, by the one and only Warron Zevon. All in all, I take this award, the award I gave myself for 'best overall weekend performance' and just say thank you, bottom line, if none of you guys weren't there for me to pick on, and or belittle, my sense of humor and wit would have gone unnoticed. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and until next time, don't give up folks, being the 2nd coolest person to Tommy T is not a bad thing. Goodnight.

In all seriousness the weekend was Perfect with a capital P. Even watching the World Cup Game for 45 minutes was way better then expected. And even though I shed a few tears when I found out the bar down the road had karoake, that we missed due to being drunk in a different bar, I think overall it only took me about 2 hours to get over. I had a bratwurst and I think for the 1st time in the last 5 years didn't give a damn that I was eating something ridiculously fattening. But, I did whine a lot about my weight at other times. As Nate told Charlie Saturday morning 'Tommy's 1st words getting up this morning were 'god I feel so fat'. Yeah, it's true. Anyways, I built a creek of urine, appropriately named 'thompson creek', on the northside of Charlie's backyard. Nate and Charlie contributed a little bit. But only about the amount that the Flint River helps out Lake Superior. See, Im Lake Superior and them guys are the shitty ass Flint River. It's probably the best and most accurate analogy I've ever made. Because, really, I'm defintely a way more superior power then them guys. Anyways, to much funny things (by me) were said. And yeah I guess they had some okay things, and I laughed, ya know to make them feel okay about themselves...
