Town Hall Meeting 2.0
My fellow TATSonians...
At our last meeting we discussed ways in which to improve theair_thesun and shape it in the vision of its members: you lovely folks. Everyone had so much to say and so many ideas on how to get the most bang for our buck around here (lol, i love that metaphor). So, let's give it another go!
Please, take this opportunity to share your concerns and your joys. What needs changing? What do you like? What new things do you want to see?
Some items for consideration:
- Fic exchange. Who's game for another one?
- Fanfic contest. Should TATS host one? What kind?
- Story discussions. Do you want the mods to take the initiative to organize them, or are there members out there brave enough to start some of their own?
- General Cleanliness. Anything around the community need some tidying? Organizational problems?
- Fanfic Recs. We stopped the mod-generated, bi-weekly posts because there wasn't much participation. Is there another way you would like to see recs done?
- Drabble Challenge. Apparently this last prompt was complete fail on my part (only one person has participated so far). Is there another way we should be doing drabbles, or is the once-a-month schedule working okay for you?
-The Underdogs. How's that working out?
The mods don't mind taking on the responsibility to organize and run events that you guys want to see happen, but please don't feel like you as a member can't step up and get your own ideas rolling. You really don't need our permission to do anything (aside from posting your story) as long as it fits within the community's guidelines. So don't be afraid to post and express yourselves! This is a non-tyrannical oligarchy. ;)
