How Stephanie Meyer Developed Bella From Twilight to Breaking Dawn. Why she did that.
I kind of addressed it previously, but oh what the heck. This (and having my Jacob imprint on a devil child from his own love's womb) is the main reason that I'm disgusted with Stephanie Meyer as an author. It. Made. No. Sense. Bella's character more so underdeveloped, going backwards instead of forwards in time. And then she has her turned into a vampire and fix everything with one big freaking band-aid. I'm not surprised she didn't mention Bella learning the cure for cancer. You just can't suddenly 'grow up' characters like that without some real transition. And sorry...two-three weeks is NOT even close to enough time. Not that Bella was really grown up, but you understand what I mean.

What the Movies Brought to/Took Away From the Role of Bella I like Kristen Stewart as Bella. She brings a little more...edginess to Bella's character than what's found in canon. That is...when she's not blinking too much or stuttering WAY overboard. But I am curious what the movies would've been like if someone portrayed Bella more so as she is in the book. I think that the audience that didn't know about Twilight until the movies...they may not have had the same liking for the movie. Just MO.

Fanfic Trends Regarding Bella that You Like
Hmm...I really like the 'real-life' Bella that I've seen portrayed in J/B fics. Where she does get mad. She does have feelings for the Edward outside of pure obsession/love. Where she actually IS concerned about her life and how her decisions affect others.

Fanfic Trends Regarding Bella that You Don't Like
I've somehow managed to read a HORRENDOUS fic that was E/B (never again) where Edward was even MORE of a prick to her and she was completely OKAY with it. I mean, physical abuse and all. I know people think that it's artistically creative and challenging to write that kind of story, but ick. I can't stand that crap. Anything with Bella getting pregnant with Jacob's kid at the same time that she would be pregnant with Renessmee. LET THEM GROW UP AND HAVE A LIFE FIRST PEOPLE! JESUS. .....sorry. heh.
