A fish out water and flopping around in the desert.

My transition to Tucson so far has been pretty okay. It is freakishly hot here. I figure that I will forge my way around this town eventually, the catch being that when I arrive at my destinations I will be a melted puddle of theah. O well!
I am hoping that it will suddenly become tolerable when the humid season ends in a couple weeks.

I miss Olympia and my friends there to various degrees throughout my days. I miss living in a small town where I could get around on my own power without the risk of getting heatstroke on the way.
