Bones! Six Degrees!
Finally had some time to catch up on some of my TV that I'd been missing...
And turns out I missed the Smallville season premiere, which is sad. Because I like Erica Durance.
Anyway.
Bones
Best. Episode. Ever.
Actually, to be honest, it's a bit strange that they're taking it more to the personal side; I'm used to them being all-science, all the time. This is... definitely a change - I'm not sure if it's entirely good or bad, but so far, it's leaning towards the good! The interactions are a whole lot of fun to watch, and no matter how creepy or gross it can get, the show always, always gets me laughing at some point or another!
Cam is pretty cool. I like how she and Brennan are always butting heads, and there was this great scene between them... Though of course, I can't quite remember it now - not exactly anyway. I think they'd actually make a good pair (uh-oh, there I go with the femmeslash again) - they've good on-screen chemistry, even better than Angela and Brennan, actually... or so I think, anyhoo.
Hodgins and Angela - I think that pairing is just really, really weird. Sure, it can be cute, but overall, my verdict is: No. Uh-uh. It's just... Taking me a lot of time to get used to. I think they're also repeatedly hitting us over the head with this one; we know they're most likely going to get together - even with my slight 'ew'ness factor, I understand this - I think it's really unnecessary to keep on blatantly hitting us on the heads with this. Notice how they constantly pan the camera to Camille/anyone else, then back to either Hodgins or Angela? Yeah...
Brennan and Booth - Yes! Do each other now! Brennan and Booth... they are pretty much the only het couple I currently love. Uh unless you count Lois and Clark in Smallville. But anyway! Yes. I <3 Brennan and Boothness. 'tis some awesome shit. I could pretty much feel the tension, and slight awkwardness, when Brennan was all like "Well there are other people" or something like that. But then of course Booth had to go and do Cam.

And Emily Deschanel in this episode? Perfect. I absolutely loved her; did anyone else catch her facial expressions? lol. More than half the time, I thought she was going to burst out laughing. She was great.
Now, to wrap up the Bones-ness... Some quotes:
Hodgins: Does [Zach] mean [he's going] out? In the world?
Cam: We'll pin our phone number on his shirt.
Angela: What you thought were teethmarks, Dr. Saroyan, turned out to be Chinese characters engraved along the side.

Hodgins: I thought you were half Chinese.
Angela: And I think you're half Swedish. Let's hear some Swedish.
