He asked if we all wanted to do the presentations in English, but the rest of the students were German, so I didn't want to say anything - because I don't mind listening to presentations in German, and it's stupid that they should all have to do it in English just because I asked. (I don't know; I have mixed feelings about the language issues in the program but I don't want to bog this comment down, LOL. I will probably make a post about it). So I asked later.
Yeah, I don't really know what the bio department is thinking. They should make practicals so that we can at least attend morning or evening classes. I really wouldn't mind having practicals for a week longer if they changed the time from 10:00-17:00; this way, at least I won't miss ALL of my classes for those weeks. I guess if you think about it - classes only meet once a week, so technically, in the grand scheme of things, I'm not missing that much class. I think the average student probably misses the same amount of class overall. But missing three weeks in a row (as opposed to one time here, another time there) is asking a lot, LOL. Also, I don't really like skipping class.
(One of my friends said she'd give me notes for the classes we share, so that helps a lot. But I feel bad asking my other friends in other classes for notes. I'll tackle it when the time comes, but I know for sure I'll at least have the powerpoint slides, because those are posted online).
4. AHHHHH YOU UNDERSTAND. ♥ I am so glad, because everyone else is on the happy boat, and while I am glad that they're somewhat together, I'm just kind of like mehhh. I'm pretty happy with this season, though, so I think I'll keep watching until it proves to be awful.

And yes, that was exactly my thought... that you should be able to at least attend a few of the classes. It's pretty stupid to do it this way if you ask me. Because as you said, it's alright to miss the occasional class but three weeks in a row? That has the potential for awful. *sigh* (Hey, that's cool that you already have a few classes covered. And the online posts are also great. I love that. Good luck with everything though.)
4. DEAR GOD YES. ♥ I mean I love Bo/Lauren but the way they were handled has burned a lot of that love. That being said, I DO still watch and have not yet given up. But with the way the show goes back and forth, things can happen. I just don't trust it to not break my heart.
