epic seeker 02x09 picspam, part II
SPOILERS FOR LEGEND OF THE SEEKER 02x09

Okay, here's part II!
So, Richard 2.0 decides the way to win a Mord'Sith's heart is to help her get on her horse. Because, you know, Mord'Sith can't do shit like get on their own horses. Cara is like, "*EYEFUCKINGROLL*, what is this chivalrous shit you're trying to lay on me?" And gets on the horse by herself. And for good measure, she tells Richard 2.0 that he is the one who needs help... as is evident when Banelings come to attack them.
And how does Richard 2.0 know something is wrong? "Something's spooking the horse." Yeah. Real cool there. (Who writes this shit?!)
Cue AWESOME FIGHT SCENE WITH CARA AND KAHLAN KICKING ASS AND TAKING NAMES. I don't think it was quite as enjoyable as the fight scene in the previous episode, but it was pretty good.
So after they've killed all the Banelings, Richard 2.0 is like, "WTF ARE THOSE THINGS?" And Kahlan is like, "They're banelings." And Cara is like, "Dumbass." and walks up to him at the end to rub it in that, well, he's a douchebag who needs their help.
Okay, so then we get to the part that makes me want to smile but then puke at the same time. I am super-torn, you guys. Because on one hand, it's Cara SMIRKING and SMILING (OMG YOU GUYS SHE SMILESSSSSS) like a little girl who is lovesick, but the joke is TERRIBLE and she's laughing at Richard 2.0's jokes! SHE SHOULD BE SMILING AT KAHLAN. OR EVEN RICHARD. WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO SMILE AT DOUCHEY MCDOUCHE?!
So, like, halfway while giggling, she realizes that she's a Mord'Sith and SHOULD NOT BE LAUGHING. Or maybe she suddenly realizes that it's not Kahlan who's staring back at her, and so she stops giggling.
So of course, she goes back to Kahlan. And like, whatever; Richard 2.0 may have been the first to make her giggle, but LOOK WHO SHE'S SLEEPING WITH. THAT'S RIGHT, RICHARD 2.0 - TAKE THAT - SHE'S SLEEPING WITH KAHLAN. (On that note, since when did they sleep so close together?)
Anyway, Kahlan is like, not even worried that Richard 2.0 might be competition for Cara's feelings, because he's not. So she feels comfortable enough to have girl!talk and giggle about Richard 2.0 (well, Kahlan's the one doing the talking; Cara is like "GO AWAY FEELINGS").
And then here we have Cara, who comes across Richard 2.0 practicing. Does anyone else find it suspicious that Richard 2.0 already knew how to fight and everything? I mean, I don't know if Richard (the real one, not 2.0) had to undergo any fight training because I didn't watch season 1, but Richard 2.0 seems very fishy to me. (Like srsly, who walks up to a horse and says, "Dude, your horse might go lame soon." What is he, the horse whisperer?)
I have a feeling they're going to have Cara open up to Richard 2.0, only to BREAK HER POOR LITTLE HEART when for some reason, it turns out Richard 2.0 is EVIL. And then Cara will be like, "I TOLD YOU FEELINGS ARE STOOPID." (Really? All I want is for her to open up to Richard and Kahlan and even Zedd, not some random homie who just walked off the street).
So Cara is busy flirting with Richard 2.0, and Richard 2.0 thinks he might've gotten lucky and won her over with his dashing, manly charm because - LOOK AT THAT, SHE'S ABOUT TO JUMP HIM! It turns out that's only because someone was trying to kill him.
Ugh. I just. UGH. DO. NOT. WANT.
So they chase the person down who's responsible for this, and she kills herself by driving Richard 2.0's sword into her throat/windpipe. Everyone is confused as to why a Sister of the Light has tried to assassinate Richard 2.0. Zedd (I think it was Zedd - I don't remember anymore) wisely concludes that something is wrong within their order, and Kahlan turns to Cara (well, you know, technically this question is directed to Cara) and is like, "OMG BFF LET'S GO ON AN ADVENTURRRRRRR TO SAVE RICHARD!!!" And of course Cara just wants Kahlan happy so THEY CAN HAS SECKS, so Cara is like, "OMG BFF YES LET'S DOOOOO ITTTTTT."
Richard 2.0 looks a little crestfallen because, clearly, here is his evidence that Cara and Kahlan are doing it. (And he stands no chance).
Here we have our two lovely ladies GOING ON THEIR EPIC ADVENTURRRR, except it's not so epic because Richard 2.0 and Zedd run into them. Kahlan's all happy because this means THEY WILL HAVE MORE HELP TO FIND RICHARD, HER ONE TRUE LOVE, while Cara just looks disapproving because there will be major cockdildo!blockage over the next few days.
Meanwhile, Richard escapes from wherever he's being held and goes out to find his BFFz FOR LIFE.
And this concludes the epic adventures of Cara and Kahlan this episode!
