be careful which one that you choose

Hello, Livejournal! Welcome back to me. It's been a while! I went on vacation. I didn't have my laptop for almost two weeks solid (how did I survive those months without one, again?) and even went so far as to -- gasp -- turn Twitter off for the better part of a week. It was nice, the pretty much total disconnect ( Read more... )

HI YOU!!! *squishes so infinitely*

Yesssss. Castiel is definitely putting his big boy britches on. Or something that sounds less stupid. I'm glad that the concept is making you happy! It was pretty much tailor-made to capture my whole entire soul, so. :DDDD

Poor Niiiiick. :( I read someone talking about how he gave in really easily but quite frankly I probably would have, too. Epic :(((((, srs. The logistics of the meat suit thing is pretty interesting, especially with the idea that it might somehow be connected to the doctrine of free will. It seems to me that angels physically can't take possession of an unwilling host, otherwise I wouldn't see why Zachariah would bother asking Dean. However, the implication that I've picked up on is that Zachariah is running the show and misinforming all the foot soldiers, so it's possibly unclear how much Michael even knows. IDK IT'S ALL SO FASCINATING. *ROLLS AROUND GLEEFULLY*

I'm definitely glad that the insanely fucked-up Winchester Bros. relationship is coming to some sort of big conclusion. Since my first stab at watching the show, I've kind of been of the opinion that even in its angstier moments, the show really could've gone further with actual fights and what would go into resolutions.

Oh, I still think they're also making fun of themselves, I just think they're being particularly mean-spirited about their pro-incest fanbase. Which, understandable, given the showrunners are not members of fandom and don't have the philosophy of "it's not okay to tell someone their kink isn't okay". I just think it was completely inappropriate to air those grievances on national television.
