because i hate signing onto this thing & seeing that i haven't logged on here for months...
Happy Lunar New Year!!!!
Ahhhh a day filled with many phone calls around the world, lots of noodles, dumplings, fish & superstitions. (Which actually began yesterday with a massive cleaning marathon here in my home.)
Good stuff.
Speaking of good stuff. I am such a sucker for guitar players...hence marrying one but the guys from Miss Derringer are swoon worthy. **But again I am a sucker for guitar players/guitar music**.
Great music but unfortunately I think it was a bad venue for them. I like the place that they played but not for them ya know? And its awesome when bands are on the brink of "bigness/mainstream popularity" because they we're floating around while the opening bands were on & they were even pimping their own merch. Great people & good music. ^__^ And for me drinking on a Tuesday night instead of swaSSing (derby term for-ass sweat/sweating. My pal Miss Oblvious was there too snapping up pictures for her zine.
