I refuse to write about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in my LJ.
So I will write about Europe. :)
So we hit Paris two weeks ago now. It was great fun! We, uh....went to the Pompidou Center on July 14..."It's the 14? It's Bastille day. Oh, and happy 6 months."
Pompidou Center:
Found this cool thing in there....
Only to discover that flash photography is prohibited. Oh well. It was a room you could walk into. Way awesome.
Hit the Louvre while we were there. I guess its just one of those things you have to do. So we did it. Hilights:
Performed a minor act of vandalism:
Super happy france face!
Anyhow, then we took off to London. Not much to say about our first few days there. Met up with Elliot. Saw Harry Potter, bought Harry Potter, went to a couple of clubs.
Then we decided to do the big Ferris Wheel thingy in London. Next is a short feature entitled "The Search for Big Ben"
"OHOH OH I totally got us with Big ben!"
"No, Althea. It's over there."
"Poo."
"I are embarassed!"
Also, Star wars!
At the British Museum, we found an exhibit that reminded us of Shelley...
"Jar. Jar. Jar? JAR! jar....jar."
Also went to the Aquarium. But most importantly, this is the best idea EVER:
Cheers! Today we look for movie theater (Simpsons today and Transformers tomorrow?) Plans for the future? Hard Rock Cafe. Guiness Brewery. Zoo. Some Church-y things. A day trip by train.
