This season, we have two sets of milkweed plants in our yard, one up front in the "front garden" that lines the front of the house and is visible from the street and another in the newly dubbed "butterfly garden" (formerly the "herb garden") in our backyard. (btw, for the curious, we have well over a half dozen gardens and plant boxes around our yard.) Well, both milkweeds have been visited by monarch butterflies, and now we have at least four monarch caterpillars in residence in our yard. I'm really looking forward to seeing these guys develop and hoping we can catch them emerging from their chrysalises eventually.
Actually thought work went decently today. I don't know why--probably just because I was busy all day and didn't have a lot of time to fret. This bodes fairly well for tomorrow, as tomorrow has a pretty full schedule too. We'll see.
Finally, belatedly, have my annual Spring Mix CD together. Nothing real special, just some of the music that I've been into lately and the usual quirkiness. If anyone is interested in a copy let me know; I'm always happy to share.
