Nngh! Another art theft post
There's this utter dingus who copied my Fran picture and posted it with no credit or link to the original image. A fellow DA user called him on it and the offending artist just deleted his comment. The other DA user also reported him for copyright violation, so I really don't feel the need to continue bothering the admins over that. They'll get around to it at their usual snail's pace.
In the meantime, I've contacted the fellow, telling him he could keep it on his gallery if he would credit me or link back to the original image. He hid that comment. I informed him that claiming the art as his own is theft. He hid that image. The most he's done is reply "sorry" for posting the image without permission. He's made no move to remove the image or even credit me. He just keeps hiding.
It's rather infuriating and I know I'm pushing the limits of harassment by DA policy if I do anything more. I really don't insist on him removing the image. I just want credit. Why is this guy being such a bunghole about it?
