Two reports of art theft yesterday. One was on a french site where they'd used and editted my picture without permission. The other was an Italian artist on DA who reposted my picture with the description :D and then claimed he didn't know it was against the rules.
Both were from the Shinobi Illustrated series, the first being Naruto and the second Sasuke. Naruto gets around! On one hand, I'm amused they're so popular, but on the other, I'm annoyed that people can't even take the time to try and contact an artist before they edit their art. Granted, people re-post art without the least bit of thought and rarely with credit.
I could rant and rant about this, but I'm sure you've heard it all. Right now, I'm just want to find someone who speaks fluent French who can firmly but politely request that my editted image be removed from the site immediately.
Everything on the 'net is free XD XD XD XD I should put such big, ugly signatures on my pictures along with my website. Sometimes, I'm so tempted to defile my own art.
