Picpost: A-kon Pirate vs. Ninja Coloring Book Submissions
Here are the three pictures I'll be submitting to the Pirate Vs. Ninja (and them some) Coloring Book to raise funds for the A-kon Komik Market. Proceeds will go toward supplying snacks and refreshments for Komik Market artists, to cover any emergencies, and offer other assistant services.
The project manager is still looking for more artist participants and submissions. They accept lineart only! No shading. 8.5 x 11" pictures with borders, 300 dpi. Here is the Yahoo Group for the Project for additional information. Non A-kon attendees are welcome. All contributions will be creditted (but cannot be paid for-- this is a charity). They're looking for ~2 submissions per artist. The final book will be 40 pages.
IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTRIBUTE, PLEASE JOIN THE PIRATENINJA2006 YAHOO GROUP. Pirates vs. Ninja is preferred, since it's the theme for A-kon this year. However, other pictures are accepted so long as they're not adult in nature. Anime babes, fantasy, cartoons, furries, mecha-- but they all must be original characters. No fanart.
Deadlines are coming up within a few weeks. I don't think I've heard a concrete cut-off date, but I'll be sure to post when I hear one.
