much to my chagrin...
well, i guess i can't give any money to my kids now...
wait, what kids?
and the dreams thing, yeah, that's pretty damn accurate.
on to today's "major news stories"...aka i feel obligated to update because i'm obsessed/addicted to the LJ.
work was ok. not too much work to be done. but that's ok. we did some more halloween stuff, since the warehouse apparently thinks we should have stuff shipped to us a day before we have to set up for halloween. bassholes.
me and tony almost had a knife fight. he with his pocket/hunting knife. and me, with my utility knife.
yeah, we're smart.
instead, we played catch with such items as toilet paper rolls, 24 packs of charmin, 12 packs of bounty, and packages of diapers in a varied assortment of quantities.
then the newspapers came pretty damn late. which sucks, because we were basically ready to go home at about 3. we being me and tony.
oh, and some assclown backed into jessie's car, breaking one of her tail-lights. and somebody else in the parking lot in the time came in to let us know. what kind of asshole does that?
it made me think about that time at bob's...when some old person parked their bumper UNDER mine. me and chris went out to try to push their car out from under my truck, but it just ended up rocking backwards, and then under my bumper again. i miss my truck...
post-work, i came home. whenever i walk my dogs, i run through my backyard towards the woods to make sure they don't stop and drop some poo in the middle of the yard. well, i was running this morning, and the ground moved under my feet. that is, i went to put my foot down, and it was so mushy from the rain yesterday that it just moved with my foot...much to my chagrin. luckily nobody was awake and/or walking by to see such a thing.
and it's still nice out. nice and cool. i love this! THIS is perfect for me.
yeah, um, i got nothin. that's all. gonna watch some football today. NOT going to work on that paper due friday. because procrastination is key.
only bad thing about this coldness? it makes my feet even colder...and my right toe even more hurting. and that's stupid.
i probably SHOULD take a nap until lunchtime...but i won't...
if i don't catch you online at some random time today...i'll see you when i do (tomorrow for you bsc kids)
